Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Live-to-Site Merchandise Operations Coordinator to support SOS operations and manage the Hold and Flow process across our 59th St. and JACX locations, ensuring fast, accurate merchandise movement for digital PDP shoots.

Primary responsibilities include packing, movement, receiving, tracking, and reconciliation of stock while maintaining inventory integrity and chain-of-custody. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of direct experience are preferred, with a hybrid work

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of direct operations experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams and levels.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end merchandise flow for total shoot and SOS operations between 59th St. and JACX, meeting timelines.
• Manage Hold and Flow (HAF) process and track stock from China Grove per shoot needs.
• Scan, track, and reconcile merchandise with clear chain of custody and resolve discrepancies.
• Receive returning merchandise from JACX and update systems for timely return to location.
• Track requests across the shoot process and escalate delays or issues impacting timing.
• Collaborate with Live-to-Site, China Grove, Store Operations, Asset Protection for efficient flow.
• Provide additional operational support to improve total shoot readiness and speed to site.
• Identify opportunities to improve speed, accuracy, and visibility of total shoot merchandise flow.
