Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in a Litigation group.
• Experience with electronic filing in both state and federal court required.
• Appellate experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support for Shareholder level attorneys.
• Manage schedules, deadlines, and organize travel arrangements.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and filings for courts.
