Qualifications

• 3+ years litigation paralegal experience.
• 3+ years trial preparation experience.
• Paralegal Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process records subpoenas and coordinate with photocopy services.
• Prepare HIPAA authorizations, obtain signatures, and manage medical record requests.
• Draft, e-file, and serve pleadings, motions, and pre-trial documents.
• Organize, index, and manage litigation documents, records, and exhibits.
• Prepare paper and electronic trial binders.
• Assist with pre-trial and trial preparation.
• Support attorneys through all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.
• Maintain case calendars, litigation deadlines, and file organization.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, courts, and opposing counsel.
• Review, summarize, and organize case-related records and discovery materials.
