Addison Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a hybrid Paralegal and Legal Assistant focused on litigation. The candidate will support attorneys through all stages of litigation and provide high-level administrative assistance, requiring legal knowledge and strong organization.

The role combines paralegal duties with administrative tasks, with a direct hire, full-time arrangement and a compensation range of $58,000–$65,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation support.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes, court rules, and document production standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
• Typing speed of at least 70 WPM; detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation, including case management, research, drafting, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Conduct factual investigations and legal research; prepare research memos, witness backgrounds, and expert reports.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and other litigation documents.
• Coordinate discovery efforts, including managing productions, privilege reviews, and privilege logs.
• Process and organize document productions; upload, label, and code documents using litigation support software.
• Prepare deposition materials and manage exhibits and transcripts.
