Wilson Elser is seeking a Litigation Defense Associate Attorney for our Milwaukee office. You will collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to handle complex defense matters, draft motions, draft discovery responses, and support trial preparation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualified candidates will hold a JD and be admitted to the Wisconsin bar, with 2+ years of defense litigation experience and a background in general liability and insurance defense.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Assist and respond to written discovery, including interrogatories, request for production, and substantive responses.
• Draft pretrial motions.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys to develop case strategy.
