Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Philadelphia.
• 3-7 years of defense litigation experience required.
• Experience defending Personal Injury, General Liability, Catastrophic Injury, Transportation, and other civil matters preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; client-facing experience preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; legal project management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a litigation caseload from start to finish.
• Collaborate closely with other attorneys and partners.
• Prepare for trials, investigations, court appearances, mediations, and depositions.
• Communicate with clients and provide regular reports on case progress.
