Qualifications

• 1+ years legal/law firm experience in litigation.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe.
• Experience with Access is required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor asbestos filings and manage electronic filings in firm Access database.
• Coordinate deposition calendar across the team.
• Typing, producing, editing, and proofreading various legal documents and correspondence.
• Assist with asbestos processes and other administrative tasks.
