Qualifications

• State or federal clerkship is a plus.
• Admission to the New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, or Connecticut bars is advantageous.
• Reside within commuting distance to Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and respond to discovery requests.
• Draft motions and supporting memoranda.
• Argue motions and conduct depositions.
• Second chair trials and collaborate with seasoned trial attorneys.
