Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume civil litigation docket from filing through judgment.
• Perform limited court appearances as required.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other filings.
• Litigate cases and pursue post-judgment enforcement.
• Negotiate high-volume settlements with clients and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with support staff to streamline workflows.
