Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with strong academic record.
• Active Florida Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of diverse litigation experience.
• Judicial clerkship experience is advantageous.
• Experience in a law firm is beneficial.
• Proficient in legal research, writing, and analysis.
• Able to draft legal documents independently.
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a dynamic environment.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Team player who is self-driven.
• Committed to professional development and community service.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare memoranda, motions, and other court documents.
• Assist senior attorneys in case strategy, development, and client communication.
• Engage in discovery processes, including drafting requests, responses, and reviewing evidence.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials, offering litigation support.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
• Organize and manage case files, ensuring compliance and accuracy with deadlines.
• Effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
