Job summary

MPHI is seeking a Laboratory Information System Analyst to support and modernize LIS/LIMS across Michigan public health labs. The role requires in-office work with potential for one remote day per pay period and on-call rotation every three weeks.

Responsibilities include development, maintenance, and implementation of LIMS solutions, reporting, and collaboration with IT partners. A bachelor’s degree and LIMS experience are preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS, Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or similar field.
• Experience with LIMS/LIS systems preferred and health IT familiarity.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, SQL tools, or Oracle tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Enhance LIMS configurations and workflows for multiple divisions.
• Support daily LIMS operations including specimen tracking and reporting.
• Create and maintain management reports and data extracts.
