Responsibilities

• Advise emerging growth and public companies on equity financings, IPOs, M&A, and governance.
• Manage key components of sophisticated transactions with deal teams.
• Provide counsel on SEC compliance and registered offerings.
• Collaborate across practice groups for seamless client solutions.
