Job summary

Thriving Center of Psychology in New York, NY, is hiring full-time, salaried Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PsyD or PhD) on a hybrid schedule between Manhattan offices and remote work. We welcome both experienced practitioners and early-career psychologists.

This W2 role includes benefits, a steady caseload, professional collaboration, and a supportive clinical community designed to protect your time and your care quality.

Qualifications

• Active, clear New York license as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Must be able to work 40 hours/week and see about 27 clients weekly.
• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman).
• Collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Experienced and early-career psychologists welcome to apply.
• Must reside in NY or NJ.
• No current Thriving Center clients can be hired.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and assessment to adults in person and via telehealth.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Gottman.
• Carry a sustainable caseload with weekly case consultation.
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.
