Thriving Center of Psychology is hiring full-time, salaried Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PsyD or PhD) on a hybrid schedule, working remotely with 1 day a week in one of our NYC offices. We welcome both experienced practitioners and early-career psychologists.

This is a W2 role with benefits, a steady caseload we build with you, and a real clinical community. You must already hold an active, clear New York license as a Psychologist; applicants who are still licensure or have only a limited

Qualifications

• Active, clear, independent New York license as a Psychologist (PsyD or PhD).
• Proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, Gottman, and others).
• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD).
• Able to work a 40-hour week with a goal of seeing ~27 clients weekly.
• Collaborative approach and commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and assessment to adults, in person and via telehealth.
• Use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and Gottman.
• Carry a sustainable caseload with weekly case consultation.
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and therapists.
