Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing New Jersey licensure as a LPC in Cherry Hill, NJ to deliver a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions.

The role requires in-office work during a probationary period and a transition to a hybrid model (50% in-office, 50% remote). You will manage a full caseload, under supervision, treating anxiety and depression with DSM-5 aligned approaches.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing New Jersey licensure as a LPC and approved by the board (LAC).
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office and be in New Jersey.
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program; related counseling experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide a mix of telehealth and in-person sessions.
• Maintain a full caseload with weekly 30 hours of availability.
• Collaborate with licensed supervisor for DSM-5 based assessments when required.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to clients while building a clinical community.
