Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states handled; not required upon hire, but must obtain within timeframe.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Fast Track Commercial General Liability claims.
• Interact with clients and claimants to communicate effectively and ensure resolution.
• Provide empathetic, high-quality customer service throughout the claims process.
• Document claim activity timely and in accordance with policies and procedures.
