Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of litigation legal secretarial experience; 3-5 years strongly preferred.
Strong organizational skills with expertise in scheduling and calendaring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities
Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize legal documents with accuracy.
Manage attorney calendars and schedule meetings.
Handle e-filing in both Federal and State courts.
Maintain case files and assist with document management.
Communicate professionally with attorneys and clients.
