Qualifications

• MLS degree with 3–5 years of relevant legal research experience.
• Strong proficiency with legal and non-legal research resources and emerging AI-assisted research platforms.
• Experience searching databases and websites; able to organize information using spreadsheets and word processing.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted research results for accuracy and completeness.
• Knowledge of SharePoint and collaboration platforms is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse professionals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to research requests from attorneys, paralegals, clients, and staff with clarity and timeliness.
• Summarize and organize research findings into clear outputs per department standards.
• Assist with training and onboarding related to research services and resources.
• Maintain research resources and intranet pages; support updates to firm knowledge resources.
• Stay current on emerging research technologies, including AI capabilities.
• Participate in trials and pilots of new research resources and provide feedback.
