Job summary

GLP Attorneys, the largest personal injury law firm in Washington, seeks a Legal Assistant or Experienced Legal Assistant to join our Spokane team. This full-time role supports clients and legal teams through the life of a case, with training and potential hybrid flexibility after onboarding.

You will open new client files, maintain case records, assist with PIP claims, coordinate medical bill payments, and verify balances while delivering responsive, compassionate service to clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience as a legal assistant or in a professional office environment is highly desired.
• Prior experience in plaintiffs’ personal injury law is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new client files and maintain accurate case records.
• Communicate with clients, healthcare providers, insurers, and other involved parties.
• Prepare client correspondence, respond to inquiries, and conduct client reviews.
• Coordinate medical bill payments and verify account balances.
• Assist with PIP claims and support the legal team throughout the life of a case.
