Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join the Leadership Development team in a hybrid role based in Greenwood Village, CO. You will lead mid-size to large leadership initiatives, drive measurable outcomes, and align programs with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, project management, analytics, and stakeholder management skills; you will design metrics, report on progress, and partner across HR, Operations, and business leaders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations to present findings to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience tracking and reporting learning, talent, leadership development, or organizational performance metrics.
• Experience analyzing program data and identifying trends, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
• Experience creating recurring reporting packages and dashboards using Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads mid-size to large scale leadership initiatives through the program lifecycle.
• Provides clear timelines, communicates with key partners, and selects measures for success.
• Demonstrates change management and improves adoption of change.
• Conducts needs assessments and stakeholder interviews to identify improvement areas.
• Manages program implementation, monitors progress, and reports results.
• Defines success measures and reporting plans to monitor progress and impact.
• Uses data-driven decision making to prioritize initiatives and opportunities.
• Partners with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of leadership development initiatives.
• Supports governance, risk mitigation, and resource planning across initiatives.
• Schedules activities, assesses effectiveness via KPIs, and maintains program records.
• Manages program tools, resources, and reporting systems.
• Develops metrics, dashboards, and scorecards to measure outcomes.
• Tracks KPIs including participation, proficiency attainment, and manager validation.
• Supports reporting needs with HR, Operations, and business leaders.
• Monitors trends and translates data into actionable insights.
• Maintains recurring reports and ensures data integrity.
