Qualifications

• 7–15 years in planning and design of water, wastewater, and stormwater pipelines.
• BS in Civil/Environmental Engineering; MS bonus.
• Environmental permitting understanding for conveyance projects.
• Strong verbal communication and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, client development, and proposal preparation with local and firm resources.
• Plan, design, and construction of new pipelines (pressure and gravity).
• Prepare contract specifications, drawings, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with hydraulic modelers and Civil 3D designers on drawings.
• Office and field engineering support during construction.
