You will influence decisions across Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams, drive AI-assisted development practices, and ensure consistent reference patterns while mentoring delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• 6+ years of related experience; varied combinations may apply.
• Hands-on with full-stack development, API design, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own milestone and epic-level solution discovery for the value stream portfolio and produce implementation-ready technical specs.
• Define standards and reference implementations to ensure architectural coherence across the portfolio.
• Lead cross-team decisions, identify architectural drift or debt, and drive remediation with mentorship.
