Qualifikationen

• Strong technical background in networking and information security.
• Experience leading research initiatives and security product teams.
• Experience with AI tooling to accelerate projects while managing risk.
• Proficient in writing and reviewing code for prototypes.
• Ability to explain statistical experiments to quantify value propositions.
• BS/MS in CS or commensurate experience.

Aufgaben

• Establish team priorities for research and development of new data collection prototypes and big-data analytic pipelines.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to align capability roadmaps and transfer prototypes to production.
• Decompose long-term challenges into technical research plans.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of security researchers.
• Articulate research findings to stakeholders with defensible recommendations.
• Develop QA processes for research data and outputs.
• Ideate product features based on security trends and data capabilities.
• Identify data partnerships in collaboration with Data Ops and assess third-party data value.
• Support marketing and customer engagements by explaining product data and ratings concepts.
