Job summary

FIRST RF is seeking a seasoned electrical engineer to join our Boulder, CO team. You will work on projects across five technology divisions, designing prototypes and building products for government and commercial customers.

Responsibilities include leading multidisciplinary teams, presenting technical material to customers, interfacing with clients, mentoring engineers, and ensuring on-time project completion in a lab-driven environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with RF devices and networks (amplifiers, attenuators, phase shifters, mixers).
• Experience with RF signal budget analysis (gain, noise figure, power).

Responsibilities

• Within your first year, lead projects of small multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare and present technical material for customers.
• Interface directly with customers.
• Guide the work of your teams to ensure successful project completion.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers.
