Franklin Templeton is seeking a Manager – Investment Compliance based in Philadelphia. You will lead a team of compliance professionals, interpret investment guidelines, and code/test compliance rules in Bloomberg AIM and Charles River.

You will ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and support governance, onboarding, and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, handle breach analysis, and contribute to board reporting and regulatory examinations.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in investment or portfolio compliance.
• Knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940 and Advisers Act.
• Experience leading and developing teams in a people leadership role.

Aufgaben

• Interpret investment guidelines for funds and accounts and manage coding/testing of compliance rules.
• Oversee breach escalation, analysis, and remediation.
• Partner with investment, client service, operations, legal and technology teams on onboarding and strategic initiatives.
• Support board reporting and regulatory examinations.
• Enhance compliance systems and data quality.
