Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, BI, or related field.
• Proven experience leveraging analytics to drive measurable business value and strategic outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Python, including Pandas, Scikit-learn, NumPy.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate AI-enabled decision-making by partnering with data governance, product, and technology teams.
• Design and develop heuristics, optimization models, and advanced analytics solutions across customer, product, and operations domains.
• Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, pilot PoCs, and scale successful models across the enterprise.
• Apply data science methodologies to identify market trends, process improvement opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Build scalable data pipelines and integrate with enterprise data assets.
