Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing and re-credentialing activities and processes, including internal and external audits.
• Manage account relationships for contracted organizations.
• Liaise with delegates and credentialing vendors to ensure program compliance.
• Monitor contract compliance and coordinate/negotiate changes when required.
• Coordinate and conduct initial, annual and focused audits, including vendor/delegation oversight.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve processes and performance.
• Serve as a corporate contact with internal partners on regulatory or accreditation audits.
