• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and minimum 5 years credentialing experience; or any combination of education and experience providing an equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credentialing and re-credentialing activities and audits.
• Manage account relationships with contracted organizations.
• Coordinate with credentialing vendors and delegates to maintain compliance.
• Monitor contracts and coordinate language changes when needed.
• Lead credentialing filings, policies, and program documentation.
• Conduct audits (initial, annual, focused) including vendor oversight.
• Provide process feedback to improve performance and outcomes.
• Serve as liaison with internal partners during audits and regulatory reviews.
• Resolve issues related to delegation oversight and system configurations.
