Job summary

Rivia Mind in Montclair, NJ is seeking an LCSW outpatient private practice therapist for a hybrid role (1 day in office). You will join a multidisciplinary clinical community, providing psychotherapy, case coordination, and care planning across diverse populations.

The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care, supervision and ongoing education, with a pay range of $80,000–$92,500 and quarterly bonuses. Primary residence within NJ or surrounding states is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey State License (LCSW).
• Master's in Social Work.
• Certifications in CBT, DBT, EMDR are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent quality clinical care consistently in line with Rivia Mind’s culture.
• Serve weekly patient sessions across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare, with structured scheduling.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.
• Offer clinical support & counseling in telehealth.
• Ensure timely session notes documentation.
• Promote a friendly, collaborative work culture for well-being and growth.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
