Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed clinicians pursuing Virginia licensure as an LMSW in Lynchburg, VA to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions. We support credentialing, scheduling, billing, and training so you can build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing. Flexible scheduling across seven days a week from 7 a.m.

to 10 p.m. ET is available. Up to $53,300 annually based on licensure type and session volume; full-time benefits include health insurance, loan

Qualifications

• LMSW approved by board
• Seeking independent Virginia licensure
• Must reside within 45 minutes of the office
• Graduate of a 60-credit hour program
• Experience in counseling depression/anxiety
• Experience diagnosing under supervision per DSM-5 (preferred)
• Available for at least 25 client sessions weekly (30 hours)
• Open to treating couples and children
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR systems

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients via telehealth and in-person sessions
• Maintain a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing
• Support credentialing, scheduling and marketing processes as part of the role
• Collaborate with clinicians to deliver consistent, quality care
• Work a hybrid schedule (in-office and remote) post-probation
