Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture required.
• CA Landscape Architect license required.
• 5–10 years of experience supporting infrastructure projects for private and public clients.
• Ability to communicate ideas via hand sketches, renderings, and presentations.
• Experience delivering construction documents and design development.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape architecture and site design solutions for infrastructure and development projects.
• Support projects from conceptual design through construction documentation.
• Prepare design graphics, renderings, and technical drawings.
• Conduct site analysis, code research, and regulatory reviews.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across markets and geographies.
• Support construction phase services and respond to RFIs.
