Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Experience in land use, zoning, real estate or municipal matters.
• Developer-side land use preferred, municipal-side considered.
• Strong writing, communication and advocacy skills.
• Willingness to attend evening zoning/board hearings.

Responsibilities

• Handling land use, zoning and development matters across PA and NJ.
• Appear before zoning and municipal boards.
• Assist clients with zoning approvals and land use matters.
• Collaborate with partners on sophisticated development matters.
• Communicate directly with clients and other stakeholders.
• Attend zoning and board hearings as required.
