Job summary

PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Ccertified or Board-Eligible Pathologist to join our hospital-based practice in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The position offers a hybrid schedule with roughly two weeks per month on-site in Fort Wayne and two weeks per month dedicated to remote sign-out.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• AP/CP Board Certification or Board Eligibility.
• Eligible for Indiana medical license.
• Strong interpersonal and team-based pathology service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sign-out of general surgical pathology and cytopathology cases.
• Perform frozen sections and intraoperative consultations.
• Oversee select areas of clinical pathology (e.g. blood bank, hematology, chemistry).
• Participate in quality initiatives, tumor boards, and clinical discussions.
