PathGroup seeks an experienced AP/CP Board-Certified Pathologist to join our partner hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This full-time role blends clinical diagnostic responsibilities with laboratory operational oversight, offering visibility in hospital leadership and ongoing quality initiatives.

The ideal candidate will lead clinical collaborations, participate in quality committees, and contribute to the strategic direction of the pathology service line within a large, physician-led group.

Qualifications

• Board-certified AP/CP pathologist with leadership experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for advancing laboratory excellence and clinical collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for transfusion services, hematology, microbiology, chemistry.
• Sign-out of general surgical pathology and cytopathology cases.
• Participate in quality improvement and hospital committees.
