Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an entry level Water Engineer in Wakefield, MA. You will support water, wastewater, and stormwater projects, perform fieldwork, and contribute to client deliverables while growing technical skills.

The role involves collaboration with water professionals, data analytics, and digital tool usage (SharePoint, BIM, PowerBI, AR) to deliver sustainable solutions. Hybrid work model and competitive salary are offered.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (or a closely related engineering discipline).
• Experience or internship with design/consulting engineering firms or municipal work is preferred.
• Familiarity with CAD, AutoCAD, and Revit is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support design projects in water, wastewater, and stormwater management.
• Conduct fieldwork including water quality analysis, sampling, and site visits.
• Prepare reports and client deliverables and participate in client meetings.
• Utilize digital tools to improve collaboration (SharePoint, BIM, PowerBI, AR) and manage data/databases.
• Assist in asset management studies and project coordination, including scope and budget considerations.
