This hybrid role (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) supports diverse engineering environments. It’s ideal for an early-career engineer who enjoys solving problems and learning new technologies while helping teams improve how software is built and delivered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and identify improvement opportunities.
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
• Understanding of OOP, data structures, and SDLC practices.
• Exposure to Java, Python, AWS, CI/CD, Git, REST/microservices, test automation, Agile.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers to understand challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain software, automation tools, and integrations.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and development platforms.
• Assist with modern software practices and tooling adoption.
• Troubleshoot across diverse engineering environments.
• Create technical documentation and training materials.
• Learn and apply emerging technologies, including AI-assisted development.
• Deliver practical, scalable, maintainable solutions with teammates.
• Convey technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
