CDM Smith is seeking an Entry Project Controls Specialist to join our Project Controls Team. You will help ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget, supporting scheduling, forecasting, and cost control activities across a portfolio of projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with project managers and teams, data collection, performance reporting, and the use of project controls tools such as Primavera and EcoSys. A bachelor’s degree and US citizenship are preferred.

Qualificações

• US Citizenship is required for federal contracting work.
• Basic knowledge of project management methodologies and controls.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration in fast-paced environments.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support compliance with internal procedures and regulations; collect progress data and update schedules and cost baselines.
• Develop and maintain integrated critical path schedules for routine projects and small portfolios.
• Generate and analyze earned value reports; communicate cost status to stakeholders.
• Conduct basic financial analyses and prepare routine reports.
• Manage project documents and support project controls activities.
