Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field with strong academics.
- Demonstrated interest in investment banking through internships or coursework.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with proficiency in financial modelling.
Responsibilities
- Create financial models for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and other corporate finance transactions.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to support advisory mandates.
- Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, and management presentations.
- Perform valuation analyses (DCF, comps, and precedent transactions).
- Support deal execution, due diligence, and coordination with legal counsel.
- Analyse financial statements and corporate structures.
- Monitor market trends and identify transaction opportunities.
- Assist senior bankers in client relationships and business development.
- Contribute to deal flow and successful transaction completion.
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
