Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional software development, data, automation, or AI experience.
• Proficiency with Python and APIs, plus fundamentals of data structures and OOP.
• Experience with Git, testing and debugging, and REST/JSON data formats.
• Familiarity with ML, generative AI, and LLM concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases and data handling basics.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; quick learner.
• Interest in emerging technologies, responsible AI, and security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and development of AI-enabled applications and automation.
• Develop apps integrating with LLMs, ML models, and generative AI services.
• Build prompts, AI workflows, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Support RAG solutions using enterprise data sources.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, and user experience.
• Participate in prototyping and proof-of-concept work for new AI use cases.
• Develop and maintain applications using Python, .NET, and other languages.
• Build and consume REST APIs and integrate AI into existing apps.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Follow Git, CI/CD, testing, and code review practices.
• Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
• Adhere to Responsible AI, security, privacy, and data governance standards.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and evaluation for AI apps.
• Ensure handling of sensitive information in accordance with policies.
• Integrate apps with CAD/FEA/PDM tools as needed.
• Translate requirements into technical prototypes and solutions.
• Stay current on AI, ML, software engineering, and CAD/FEA automation.
