Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Plumber license.
• Six thousand hours HVAC experience (preferred).
• 6+ years hands-on experience in both trades.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Troubleshoot plumbing leaks, pressure drops, and drainage.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Ensure all work is code-compliant and leak-free.
