Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master licensed with commercial HVAC experience.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment.
• EPA 608 certification or as required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Safety-conscious with OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Service rooftop units, boilers, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manuals.
• Test system performance and adjust for proper operation.
• Document work and maintain records.
• Communicate with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Follow safety requirements and maintain a clean workspace.
• Safely use tools and equipment.
