Engineering Program Manager and operates on a hybrid schedule from our Phoenix location. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage design and integration of jet engines for fixed-wing and unmanned platforms, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while focusing on customer satisfaction and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (STEM).
10+ years of engineering project management experience.
Strong knowledge of propulsion systems and jet engine design.
Experience with risk management and problem solving in engineering contexts.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies to deliver complex projects on time and budget.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy and oversight of jet engine design and integration for military applications.
Coordinate engine-related systems integration for fixed-wing and unmanned platforms.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
Monitor progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure operational excellence.
Escalate issues with leadership and across the organization.
Maintain focus on customer satisfaction and innovation.
