Job summary

Paradigm, Inc. in Virginia Beach, VA seeks an experienced Technical Project Manager. You will own technology initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to deliver measurable results.

The role requires leadership, risk management, and the ability to balance scope, budgets, and timelines in a hybrid work model with on-site and remote days. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience managing technical or IT projects, including ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading projects through the full lifecycle (initiation to closeout).
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Waterfall, and/or hybrid delivery.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and change control.
• Experience coordinating vendors and third-party implementations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects through full lifecycle from initiation to post-implementation.
• Develop scope, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies per initiative.
• Identify risks, manage budgets, and communicate variances.
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors for successful delivery.
• Prepare executive updates and drive alignment across departments.
