Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in information technology-related field (2- or 4-year).
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot server infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual server infrastructure
• Administer Linux and Windows server OS, applications, and services
• Manage virtualization hosts and new infrastructure implementations
• Deploy and support self-hosted open-source applications
• Monitor performance, capacity, availability, and reliability
• Implement server security controls and firewall protections
• Plan upgrades, patches, migrations, and infra improvements
• Develop automation scripts and deployment processes
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation
• Collaborate with IT staff, vendors, and service providers
