Job summary

GuideWell in Jacksonville, FL, seeks IT Systems Engineers to monitor, install, configure, administer and troubleshoot enterprise technology solutions. The role requires HIPAA/PCI familiarity, 4+ years of design and troubleshooting experience, and a Bachelor's in IT or related fields. This hybrid position offers a competitive annualized salary range ($84,500–$137,300) and comprehensive benefits including insurance, retirement plans and paid time off. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent work experience.
4+ years design, implementation, monitoring and troubleshooting technology or related experience.
Experience in healthcare IT, HIPAA, PCI, SOC2, HITRUST and CMS compliance is preferred.
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP and group policies.

Responsibilities

Performs installation, monitoring, testing, configuration, migration, maintenance and troubleshooting of assigned technology.
Manages system/environment operations and ongoing maintenance.
Ensures architectures meet enterprise standards and are up-to-date.
Writes programming/scripting to support automation and efficiency.
May participate in Disaster Recovery planning and exercises.
Provides input into infrastructure architecture and best practices.
