Job summary

Regional Finance is seeking a Manager of IT Audit to lead the company's IT SOX program, ensuring effective internal controls over financial reporting across the organization.

You will plan, scope, test, and report on ITGCs; coordinate with external auditors; and mentor staff in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

This role requires strong communication with IT leaders and process owners, and a focus on continuous improvement of control design and testing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, CS, MIS, or a related field.
• 8+ years in IT audit, IT SOX, SOX 404, IT risk advisory, or ICFR.
• Strong knowledge of ITGC domains: logical access, change management, IT operations.
• Experience planning SOX walkthroughs, control design, operating effectiveness testing, and reporting.
• Ability to review workpapers, assess evidence, and support external audit reliance.
• Familiarity with COSO and COBIT frameworks.
• Ability to communicate IT control issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT SOX planning, scoping, and risk assessment across the organization.
• Develop testing strategies and manage evidence requests and testing progress.
• Collaborate with control owners to define requirements and remediation plans.
• Coordinate with external auditors for planning, testing, and year-end support.
• Prepare clear IT SOX status reports and remediation tracking.
• Mentor audit staff and promote audit readiness.
