Job summary

KBR is seeking an IT Audit Manager to lead the IT SOX program, oversee ITGC testing, and coordinate with IT, Controls, Finance, and external auditors. The role focuses on risk-based testing, remediation, and timely reporting to maintain SOX compliance across global operations.

The candidate will manage onshore and offshore teams, develop testing strategies, and deliver high-quality audit results in a complex environment. A strong leadership and communication skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
• 10+ years IT audit, IT risk management, IT controls, IT compliance, or related disciplines.
• 4+ years leading and managing IT SOX compliance programs and audit teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual IT SOX program planning, execution, and reporting.
• Develop risk-based ITGC and SDLC control testing plans.
• Mentor onshore and offshore IT audit teams; coordinate with IT and external auditors.
• Present status and risk updates to management and key stakeholders.
