Job summary

Gen II Fund Services is seeking an IT Security Analyst to support the security posture across our US and European offices. You will monitor infrastructure, manage the SIEM, and drive security awareness while collaborating with IT and security teams.

The role emphasizes incident response, vulnerability remediation, and documentation of security controls. A Bachelor’s degree and hands-on security experience are required; a discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of security & networking technologies.
• Experience managing a SIEM solution.
• Incident Management experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with ISO 27001, NIST and GDPR.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor and support internal and external infrastructure systems (Incident & Problem Management).
• Manage SIEM solution, dashboards and alerts; escalate as needed.
• Oversee Security Awareness program and phishing exercises; train users on best practices.
• Review Vulnerability Management findings and coordinate remediation with IT.
• Support CISO in developing an IT security assurance program.
• Document security controls, system specs and operating instructions.
