Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience collaborating with directors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director, Information Technology.
• Manage daily operation of Quality Manufacturing IT, allocate resources.
• Create and maintain system documentation, license compliance, and CSV programs.
• Develop SOPs for systems and software and maintain version control.
• Oversee hardware/software purchases and vendor/consultant activities.
