Job summary

Skechers USA Ltd.'s Information Technology group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of enterprise technology initiatives in Manhattan Beach. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks, coordinating with business owners, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver on time and within plan.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership across onshore and offshore teams, with formal SDLC and budgeting experience.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing enterprise IT projects.
• Proven ability to deliver multi-million dollar programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and financial management skills.
• Experience coordinating onshore and offshore teams.
• Proficient in SDLC and business analysis methodologies.
• Ability to document and track progress against plans and manage changes.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans including staffing, responsibilities, and scheduling.
• Partner with IT teams to define roles and expectations, ensuring timely feedback.
• Ensure resources are used effectively across projects.
• Create and manage project plans, risk, and communication plans; estimate costs.
• Develop estimates and assumptions for schedule, effort, and cost using standard models.
• Lead day-to-day management of all project phases: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Coordinate activities with business owners, infrastructure, and application teams.
• Report project risk analysis and status to executives; align requirements with strategic direction.
• Document detailed requirements, process flows, and data sources; manage scope changes via formal process.
• Monitor progress at defined milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks; perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
• Operate in a collaborative, self-motivated manner across enterprise technology projects.
